Aurex Global Advisory may participate in transactions as a principal trader or provide commercial/transaction coordination support, depending on the agreed structure for each transaction.
Our role, responsibilities, payment terms, transfer of risk and title, documentary requirements and applicable Incoterms are defined in the relevant contracts for each transaction.
We conduct appropriate onboarding and due diligence on buyers, suppliers and service providers.

Suppliers are expected to provide accurate information regarding material origin, ownership, grade, specification, quantity and export capability. Controlled, hazardous or environmentally regulated materials are subject to additional review and applicable approvals.
Aurex Global Advisory maintains documented processes covering counter-party approval, commercial terms, contracts, payments, logistics, record-keeping and claims management.
Freight forwarding, customs declarations, inspections, laboratory testing and other specialised functions may be undertaken by appropriately qualified service providers.
We aim to conduct business with integrity, transparency, accurate documentation and clear accountability between counter-parties. All transactions remain subject to satisfactory due diligence, product availability, agreed specifications, applicable regulations and independently negotiated commercial terms.
